It’s so difficult for me to see the dentist with my schedule and this whole Covid situation but everyone in the office has worked so well with me. Everything is very clean and the staff really makes everything feel normal- well as much as they can anyways lol Dr. Simon is hilarious and his staff are very affable. I definitely look forward for my next appointment !

My husband and children have been patients of Dr. Simon’s for years! Personally I never liked going to the dentist but I haven’t felt that way since I’ve been a patient of Dr. Simon’s. In the past I’ve left the dentist’s price and my gums/teeth would hurt. Not since I’ve been a patient here. I ADORE Amy the dental hygienist!!! She is the best. I was nervous about going to the dentist during a pandemic. I called the office and asked what precautions they have in place and was given a detail report. When I walked in I saw the precautions. When I mentioned it to Amy she made sure I was comfortable prior to my cleaning. I was completely at ease the entire time. I would, and have recommended Dr. Simon and his practice time and time again and will continue to do so.

Dr Simon is amazing! I couldn’t ask for a better dentist who really cares about his patients. He is super friendly, his dental hygienists are great and my teeth always feel super clean afterwards. HOWEVER, it is important to point out that one of his receptionists is beyond terrible. I’m a receptionist too and understand how stressful the job can be, but if I spoke to guests/clients the way she spoke to me I’d be fired on the spot. I said I had an appointment (which apparently had been cancelled) and she immediately responded with a dismissive “no you don’t.” They’d needed to reschedule because not enough assistants were available, but we’re unable to get ahold of me. I told her I was going back to school and would really appreciate it if she could reschedule me for as soon as possible (although I was taken aback by her tone and manner, I tried really hard to maintain my composure and be polite.) she didn’t tell me all the available times until I asked for specifics and made me feel like it was my fault that they had to cancel the appointment. I’m not a sensitive person and felt on the verge of tears from how she spoke to me. I hope I never have to see her again.
