Kathy P  is a really nice person, she make you feel like you have known her forever because of her personality . She is very informative about the procedure that is going to take place. I could tell she cares about her patients because she remember detailed conversation that she had with my wife at one of her procedures. Simonmed Med has hired a great employee. They also have a really friendly front desk receptionist that is really helpful with any paperwork questions. I feel this is a great business.

This is the second time visiting SimonMed and I couldn't be happier with their services. From the moment you walk the staff is kind and welcoming and the facility is so clean. Samantha and Julissa are so nice.  I especially want to acknowledge Julissa who on my first visit couldn't take me as a walk in so she willingly took the time to offer & find an opening at another location for me & gave directions with a smile. While putting the directions in my GPS she ran out & caught me in the parking lot to let me know there had been a cancellation & I could be seen. I was so grateful as I wasn't feeling well and she just could have let me go to the other office. Kathy P is also a great technician, she is so friendly and caring, she explains everything right to the end of service. What a great staff at the First street I left feeling cared for.

Exceptional service. I'm so happy to have gone to this facility.  The manager and the staff are so welcoming.  When you enter the ladies service with kindness and understanding.  I left knowing that they cared. Blessings to you all. My x-ray tech was awesome.  👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😎😊

Amanda C. is exceptionally kind and patient. She made this process so comfortable.  I had to complete 4 MRIs in one day and she took the time to coach me all the way through. It was a closed MRI and very frightening, however I was able to complete the process with her help. There’s no way I would have been able to get through the process if Amanda C. wasn’t there. I want to thank her for her patience and care. Not only did she make me feel valued, respected, and cared for; she really demonstrated that she cared about my well being and only wanted to do what made me most comfortable. She provided me with several accommodations (make shift eye mask) to get me through the process. THANK YOU AMANDA C. !!!!

I had my yearly mammogram yesterday.  As soon as my paperwork was done (that took about 2 minutes and I could have done it on line prior to my visit), a cheerful Technologist called my name and walked me back to the dressing room.  As soon as I opened the door, she called me over (no need to use the locker) and I noticed that she had "Girl On Fire" playing.  That song is 3:45 long.  Nadia was polite but friendly, laughed at my jokes, was gentle, clear with instructions, and efficient.  It was a comfortable experience and "Girl On Fire" was still playing when I was done!!!  The front desk staff has always been friendly, helpful, and pleasant, and the facility is clean.  I could not believe how fast it was.  I never felt like I was being rushed, rather that efficiency combined with a cheerful manner made the whole process fast and pleasant ( a word that most of us don't associate with mammogram's). A+ Nadia and thank you.

I can't say enough about Nadia, the mammogram technologist! She was compassionate, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I felt like she tried to connect with me as a patient, and that meant a lot to me. She spent a few extra minutes with me at the end of my exam, and I really appreciated it!

The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this imaging center to other patients.

I did deduct one star due to the scheduling process. The calls are transferred to off shore workers who do not understand the procedures they are scheduling the patients for. I was on the phone for  25 minutes, having to repeat things 3 or 4 times, and the scheduler STILL ended up scheduling my back-to-back appointments at 2 different facilities that are probably 45 minutes away from each other. Thankfully, one of the employees at the Sanford office noticed the mistake, called me, and helped me get appropriately scheduled. The entire scheduling process was a nightmare, and it really shouldn't have been!! I would recommend for whomever made the decision to send the scheduling off shore try to call and schedule an exam and see what kind of service is provided. I have worked as an ultrasound technologist in radiology offices, and it was frustrating for me. I can only imagine how frustrating it might be for a layperson!

The place is extremely clean. Front desk was very attentive, they made eye contact , and made me feel good. Tech was very patient with me. I would definitely chose this establishment again. Thank You for your patience and understanding.

I love the staff and the outstanding service!!! Your technician Amanda was incredibly kind,  patient,  professional and so caring!!! Keep up the great work!! The mammogram tech was awesome! She and the entire place were laid back and yet still efficient. Professional, friendly, quick and clean.

Kathy P. Was great needed MRI W/W OUT CONTAST she made it very easy and while doing the contrast didn't even know a needle was involved. I felt nothing at all 1st time ever.

Today I had an appointment for a MRI @ the Sanford, Fl location. The technician Kathy P. Was so helpful and polite. I have had several MRIs and she was one of the nicest I have had. Thank you so much Kathy.

I loved my visit there.  It wasn't crowded,, it was clean,,the people there treated  me with the most respect  and I was in and out in no time. This will be my SimonMed choice  for now on.. Didn't know it was there but now I  do. I am so glad to know that now.. Ty to the staff

I had an 8:30am appt for a mammogram and I was out of there before 9am! The staff was awesome-greeted me when I walked in explained everything along the way. When I make an appointment it is refreshing to see that they are on time. Too many of these places are short staffed and overbooked that your appointment time feels like a suggestion. My doctors office had the results by the next morning! Great job Simon Med!!!

All of the ladies were absolutely amazing.  They were very welcoming to my children when they came in, offering them water. They changed the TV to cartoons. They were super friendly. They did ALL that they could to make sure I was seen at my appt. The doctor left off the diagnosis code on my paperwork and when they initially called they were told the office closed at noon we would have to wait until Monday. But she called back spoke with on call and got the code. Which made me extremely happy.

Then when I got to the back the sonogram tech was amazing. She was friendly and welcoming. She communicated to me the entire time what she was doing. She was soft to the touch and not pushing in my belly so hard. The conversation was nice.  We were laughing and getting the job done at the same time. I had an absolutely amazing experience.  There is no other location ill go to now. Thanks SimonMed Sanford.  YOU ALL WERE AMAZING.

Kathy P. was my technician and she was absolutely wonderful!  Everyone was so helpful and kind. I was nervous going in but quickly felt at ease.

I was scheduled for my annual mammogram and bone density tests. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and also by the technician.  It was a quick turnaround. I appreciate their efficient  and thorough service!  Thank You!

Everyone was pleasant. It was very clean. They went above and beyond to take care of my needs. That's where I will go when I need x-rays.

Love the place and the technicians. Nice waiting room with big screen television. Waiting time to be seen is always less than 10mins they get you in and out. The receptionist is nice but she needs to SPEAK UP!!!

SimonMed is place to be for all your needs. I don’t have insurance and can’t afford it. Their prices are way cheaper than most places around. Will keep coming for the great customer service and affordable prices ❤️

Obtained x-rays very promptly on a walk-in basis. All staff were very polite and professional. This particular experience actually rates a 5 so far.

I was taken for my testing in a very timely manner. The technicians were very competent, professional and friendly. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.

I was there about 10 minutes before being called back for my procedure. Place was clean,ladies were very nice an organized. Didn't take me long. I'm happy with the place. Will be going again soon for 2 more procedures.

I actually had my examination at my appointment time which is a real plus the staff was very friendly and informative I go to Simon Image every year and it’s always been a great experience

After it was a little difficult for me to find the number on the building,  I found the parking lot.  The lobby area was bright, clean, and big enough for the number of patients who were there.  The lady behind the counter was courteous and pleasant.  Shortly after filling out the paperwork, my name was called.  The test did not take that long.  The technician checked the results before she dismissed me from exam room.  The room was also clean and bright.

the Tech nurse. She was Amazing and made the process for me that I was on good hands.

I walked in without an appointment. I was treated with the utmost efficiency and my paperwork was expedited allowing me to avoid a long wait for my images. The staff was pleasant and professional and I was glad that I chose to use the Sanford office. I was in and out of two different imaging rooms in less than a half hour.

Easy to make an appointment online. Received a call back in less than 24 hours and appointment scheduled only 3 days out.

I made an appointment to come to the lab, when I got there I signed in and all they have to do is wait a few minutes and they ask for my paperwork, which I gave them. I was call back for all my labs. I Didn’t have to wait a long time as before with no appointment.  The lab personnel who is nice they smiled and Did a professional job.

The staff up front was extremely unprofessional the two women up front would run around the back and scream and then laugh, then come back up to the front desk. It took them forever to take my payment and insurance due to the games. The nurse/ examiner was absolutely wonderful she was so sweet and she took really good care of me but the two front people were mind boggling.

The front desk staff is amazing! When I arrived, another patient was upset and starting to get out of control. Unfortunately there had been a delay in getting her back for her appointment. The front desk apologized and attempted to keep her updated on the short delay, however the patient continued to become belligerent, rude and aggressive, going so far as to pull other patients into the conversation. The front desk continued to be polite and did everything they could to appease the patient, going so far as to call their manager and letting the patient use the staff’s personal phone to speak to the manager who was not in the office at the time. It isn’t easy doing their job, dealing with upset patients on a daily basis. This team did an excellent job and should be recognized for their efforts to take care of their patients as best as possible.
