I was so grateful on how everyone was so helpful while having my MRI.I was in so much pain and they tried to make me as comfortable as possible  and I am so grateful.

Great experience for me.  I had some issues prior to the appointment with my insurance company, and the SimonMed staff assisted me greatly and took care of it.  Very much appreciate all their efforts.   Went for an open MRI of my spine and had to take some meds prior to the MRI due to panic attacks and they were very understanding and allowed my husband to be with me to comfort me.  Thank you!!

Making the appointment on line was simple and allowed me to provide all necessary documentation ahead of time.  This made checking in to the appointment super simple.   My wait time was less than 5 minutes and the staff at this location was very courteous and professional.   Great experience.

Went to the SimonMed imaging location on Aloma near Lakemont. Nicely welcomed.
There was a problem because my provider did not send the dx test order. The staff member at the front desk, Yahsiel, was WONDERFULLY HELPFUL as he contacted the practice and navagited their phone tree until he was put in contact with a staff member who provided needed information.
The imaging procedure then done with no problem. The tech (sorry, dd not get their name) also very nice, patient and explained things along the way well.

I had trouble getting in contact where I was scheduled to go ( WINTER PARK - Aloma Ave) for needed info.  Once there I was very well cared for.

This clinic is the best I have visited: clean, modern and spacious. The staff is very kind too. Angelina ( the technician in charge) is a real angel. Except for being perfectly bilingual, she is knowledgeable and extremely nice.
I highly recommend this location for those who don't like crowded places or indifferent staff.
