  • Cancer antigen 125 (CA-125) is a protein found in ovarian cancer cells. A CA-125 blood test measures the amount of cancer antigen 125 in the bloodstream. The protein is produced by the cells and can be found in the blood.

  • The DHEA-S test is typically ordered to evaluate adrenal function or when a person shows symptoms of excess androgen or male sex hormone production. For women, this test may be ordered to determine a cause for infertility or when they are not experiencing a menstrual period.

  • Estradiol, a component of estrogen, can indicate ovarian function in women, or diagnose testosterone deficiency in men.

  • Estrogen is a female sex hormone. Estrogen levels can also be measured in men to diagnose low testosterone.

  • FSH is a hormone produced by the pituitary gland. This hormone stimulates egg production in women and sperm production in men.

  • Progesterone is a steroid hormone most often associated with fertility in women.

  • Prolactin is most commonly known as the hormone that aids in the production of breast milk. However, it is found in both men and women.

We’ve negotiated prices directly with lab test facilities to make diagnostic lab panels available to individuals who would rather pay directly than go through a private or government-sponsored insurance carrier.

No. By purchasing a blood panel, you will not be able to submit any claim, bill, or other request for reimbursement to any insurer, third-party payer, or government health program. However, you can use your FSA and HSA card. 

You will receive a payment confirmation email, then an additional email confirming your appointment details (time and location of appointment, and QR code). You will need to present your QR code at the testing facility to check in.
